WITHIN 2 BANKING DAYS FROM THE SIGNING OF THIS CONTRACT AFTER DUE DILIGENCE IS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED,THE SENDER SHALL COUNTER-SIGN THE DOA AFTER INCLUSION OF IT’S FULL BANK COORDINATES, COMPANY’S CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION AND INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT COPY. THE SENDER SHALL SEND COPY OF THE COUNTER-SIGN DOA TO RECEIVER VIA EMAIL, AND THE DOA SHALL THEN BE RENDERED AND DEPOSIT AT THE BANK AS A FULL RESOURCE CONTRACT;

WITHIN MAXIMUM 24 HOURS FUNDS PROVIDER BANK WILL INITIALIZE MT103 SWIFT PROCESS AND SEND TRANSACTION TRANSMISSION INITIALIZATION CONFIRMATION SLIP COPY IMMEDIATELY TO THE BUSINESS SERVICE PROVIDER BENEFICIARY"RECEIVER" VIA BANK SECURED EMAIL TO CONFIRM THE SENDER ABILITY TO DELIVER THE FUNDS.

    5. AND THE RECEIVER WILL MAKE PAYMENT FOR THE BANK ADMINISTRATION AND TRANSMISSION CHARGES FEE OF €45,000.00 TO THE IMF LEGAL TRUST ESROW ACCOUNT PROVIDED BY THE SENDING BANK, THIS TO ENABLE IMF AND FCA AUTHORIZATION TO DELIVER HUGE FUNDS VIA SWIFT MT103 TRANSFER AND FINANCIAL INSTITUTION'S TO SOLICIT FOR A SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION WITHOUT ANY ENCUMBRANCE FROM ANY AGENCY.

    6. WITHIN 24 HOURS UPON CONFIRMATION AND AFTER VERIFIED PAYMENT OF THE BANK TRANSMISSION CHARGES FEE INTO THE IMF LEGAL TRUST ACCOUNT,THE FUNDS PROVIDER WILL CAUSE THE SWIFT MT103 TO GO OUT AND SENDER BANK SHALL RELEASES THE SWIFT MT103 - REAL CASH TRANSFER INTO THE RECEIVER’S BANK TO THE BUSINESS SERVICE PROVIDER ACCOUNT MENTION ABOVE AND PROVIDE TRANSMISSION SLIP BY EMAIL TO RECEIVER SAME DAY. MT103


    7. WITHIN SEVEN (7) BANKING DAYS OF RECEIPT, CONFIRMATION AND AUTHENTICATION OF THE SWIFT MT-103 BY THE RECEIVER RECEIVING BANK, THE RECEIVER SHALL REMIT FIVE PERCENT (5%) MINUS INITIAL PAID EURO 45,000.00 TO THE PROVIDER’S DESIGNATED BANK AND THE TWO (2%) AGENT COMMISSION ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE IRREVOCABLE MASTER FEE PROTECTION AGREEMENT (“IMFPA”) (Appendix G);
