I was saddled with two ten-year-long lawsuits. The lawyers and Judges drag these things out because they are making money off you. I wound up spending over $250,000 in legal fees for nothing. You only have forty years of useful productive life from age 25 to 65. After that, for the most part you are too old and disabled to start over building a retirement. Before age 25 you usually don’t know what to do with the rest of your life and you lack education. Two of these ten-year-long lawsuits will take half of your useful productive life away and there is nothing more wasteful. It wasn’t until I fired my lawyers that I started winning. Now that I understand how these very destructive type of lawsuits work they will never bother me again. The only problem now is that I am 69 years old and have wasted most of my life fighting bogus lawsuits before I got wise. Here is what you must do:    

When you go into court and you are asked to state your name, say:

I am the Executor and Beneficiary of the last will and testament of God.

What is your standing here?

Are you the Trustee?

What is your claim?

Who are you?         

What is your name?

I am administrating here. (You have to establish what roles the various people are playing in the courtroom. Once you have that established you are free to go.)

All courts use corporate law. There has to be three officers to make a corporation.

Corporate Law is the highest law in the land. It is god’s Law. It is the Holy Trinity. The Bible is God’s Last Will and Testament. Picture a triangle with God at the top and Jesus at lower left. Then you have the Holy Ghost at lower right. In a courtroom situation the Judge is the Executor/executioner at the top. The Holy Ghost is the corporate government at the right. The Holy Ghost government and the God/Executor/executioner is all the same thing while you are the beneficiary. Everyone in the courtroom is there for one thing: to take something from you rather it be your trust/money/life savings/insurance, house, land etc. or in some cases even your, life. Not much has changed since the days of the Inquisition...

All contract/corporate law operates by presumption. Practically every court in the land uses this highest form of law. They automatically turn your name into a corporate fiction with all capital letters so that the corporate/contract law will apply to your corporate fiction.

Under contract law you never want to be the trustee and you never want the Judge to be the Executor. Under contract law a person (you are a person or dead animal defined in Blacks Law) cannot hold the office of Beneficiary and Trustee or Executor and that’s exactly what is going on in the courtroom. In a courtroom the government holds two offices, the Executor/Judge and the Trustee who wants what you have. They want to throw you in jail, take away your trust and birth bond which is worth millions.

The Judge is not the Executor but he wants you to presume that he is. In reality, he is working for the government who is the trustee. His paycheck comes from the government but he gets a big bonus if he puts someone in jail. In most cases he also has his retirement pension invested in prison stocks therefore everyone he puts in prison benefits the prison company stockholders and fellow Judges...

The government holds everything in trust for the people. So when you walk into a courtroom you automatically have two corporate entities trying to get something from you rather it be for you to confess to a crime you did not do or to take something from you like your house, land, inheritance, IRA, life insurance etc., etc. You are the one that owns something that the lawyers want to get.

You can nullify all that right off if you establish what rolls the people are playing in the courtroom.

When you hire a lawyer to re-present you he has previously sworn an oath to the Barr Association that supersedes any kind of commitment that he has to re-present you. Therefor you have hired someone who is automatically on the side of the government. For the most part any money you give him for a retainer to re-present you is a big waste of money unless you know the attorney is really working for you and has a good chance of winning. About 3 percent of defendants actually win a case. Your odds of actually winning a case with a lawyer are quite small.

You then have a very small chance to contest this by asking the question: “Can I be bound to a contract when my lawyer has a superseding oath?” You can say: “He didn’t provide full disclosure and my lawyer allowed the trial to go forward with the “Presumption” that the Judge is both the Administrator and Executor (executioner).

Before you have been suckered into one of these contract courtrooms you definitely must establish a CLAIM OF RIGHT. Simply ask in writing: “Please provide proof of claim for something that you are alleging that I cannot do.” State: “My rights have a fee attached. My offers are non-negotiable. Violating any of my God given rights is a fee of ten-million dollars. You got 21 days to respond.

“Send me some facts or evidence of something I cannot do!”    

Say: “I plead guilty to the facts.”

All bureaucrats are non-productive entities. All they produce is paperwork. They need us because we are the only ones producing things. All others are parasites.

Every system of law has Remedy and Recourse. Remedy is a way out under the law.

Recourse provides that if you have been damaged under the law you can recover your loss.

When you go to court you are in Commercial International Jurisdiction. If you claim Constitutional Rights you can be charged with Contempt of Court.

You can’t be charged under one Jurisdiction and defend yourself in another!

So: In a UCC Court you must claim your Reservation of Rights under UCC 1-207.

The proper answer is: “The Law doesn’t apply to me.” Then you must make your reservation in which you are charged. UCC 1-207.

“Without Prejudice” is OK

When asked to explain say: “I reserve my right not to be compelled to perform under any contract on Commercial Agreement that I did not enter knowingly, voluntarily, and intentionally.” “I don not accept the liability of the compelled benefit of any unreserved contract or Commercial Agreement.”

UCC 1-203.6 ANDERSON

“The code is complimentary to the Common Law which remains in force except where displaced by the Code. A statute should be constructed in harmony with the Common Law, unless there is a clear Legislative intent to abrogate the Common Law.

UCC 1-206 ANDERSON Uniform Code Lawyers Cooperative Publishing Company:

“The code cannot be read to preclude Common Law.”

Section UCC 103.c Say:

“I have a remedy under the UCC, to reserve my rights under Common Law. I have exercised the remedy and now you must construe this statute in harmony with the Common Law. To be in Harmony with Common Law you must come forth with the damaged party.”

If the Judge proceeds then ask: “Let me see if I understand. Your Honor, has the court made a , legal determination that Section 1-207 and 1-103 of the Uniform Commercial Code which is the system of Law you are operating under are not valid law before this court?

If the answer is yes then say: “I put this court on notice that I am appealing your legal determination. The higher court will uphold the Code on appeal.”

When you sign a driver’s license, lease, buy a car, snowmobile, a building permit, marriage license, divorce decree etc. or any other document you have a right to draw a line through anything that is not in your interest. It can be a number, a word or group of words. A contract must have all of the contract in full disclosure at the time of signing. Add: Seller makes no express guarantees of sea worthiness or condition. Add: “UCC 1-207” or “Without Prejudice” then sign your name.

DHS excuse for buying billions of rounds of ammo exposed as yet another blatant lie

Responding to a letter from Sen. Tom Coburn, the Department of Homeland Security — an agency that has no business being armed in the first place — says it’s buying billions of rounds of ammunition in order to “significantly lower costs.”
It’s all about saving money, you see. DHS isn’t arming up in anticipation of a shooting war on the streets of America, and it’s not buying thousands of armored assault vehicles for that purpose either. No, DHS is only buying all this ammo to save you money!
This response by DHS, of course, is an obvious lie. Why? Because a significant portion of the bullet purchases specify hollow point rounds. In case you didn’t know, hollow points are significantly MORE expensive than “ball” ammo (FMJ). Under the Geneva convention, hollow points are illegal to use in war because they cause far greater tissue damage, too. So they can only be used domestically, inside the United States in a civil action, not an international war.
If DHS really wanted to “significantly lower costs” on ammunition, it would have purchased FMJ rounds (full metal jacket), not hollow points. But in April of 2012, ammunition manufacturer ATK announced it had been awarded a DHS purchase contract for 450 million rounds of hollow point .40 caliber ammo. That’s almost half a billion rounds right there, and they’re all hollow point rounds.

First it was a conspiracy theory that the bullets existed… now it’s a verified fact that billions of rounds are being purchased

Infowars.com initially publicized this story. With the outstanding reporting of Kurt Nimmo, Paul Joseph Watson, Alex Jones and others, the alternative media forced this story into the mainstream.
But for most of 2012, anyone who claimed DHS was purchasing all this ammo was labeled a “conspiracy theorist” by the leftist delusional media which somehow believed that all this hardware being purchased by DHS was imaginary.
Over time, of course, as all the contracts came out and the proof was undeniable, the mainstream media was forced to admit it wasn’t a conspiracy theory after all. A Forbes.com report that called for a “national conversation” signalled a breakthrough in mainstream awareness of the issue, and it was soon followed by members of Congress demanding answers from DHS.
The cover stories collapse
The first response from DHS was that there were no bullets. They didn’t exist. The contracts were purely fictional and DHS had no intention of actually taking delivery on any bullets.
When that cover story was exposed as an obvious lie, the story shifted to its current distortion: “We bought all that ammo to save you money!” (By the way, where are the apologies to all of us who first reported the DHS ammo purchases and were called conspiracy theorists for breaking the story on now-verified facts?)
Ah, so now the bullets DO exist after all, but we should all be thankful DHS is buying all these bullets because it’s a wonderful example of fiscal responsibility, you see. Because when a government is economically on the verge of collapse, operated by criminals and destroying the liberties of the people, the most important way to “save money” is to load up on billions of rounds of ammo. It makes perfect sense, does it not?
But now the “saving money” cover story is also collapsing due to the fact that most of the bullets purchased are hollow point rounds, and hollow point rounds are the most expensive rounds you can buy. This includes hundreds of thousands of sniper rounds, by the way, which are specified in the purchase contracts as “BTHP” — meaning “Boat Tail Hollow Point.” These sniper rounds are long-range bullets with remarkable flight stability. Depending on the ballistics coefficients and muzzle velocities, some of these bullets have ranges of well over one mile.
Exactly who does DHS need to shoot with hollow point bullets at a range of one mile?
Private citizens are buying 50 million rounds EACH WEEK
According to my sources, private citizens across the USA have been buying up far larger quantities of ammo than DHS. At peak production, U.S. ammunition manufacturers can produce nearly one billion rounds of ammo each week. Most of that production goes straight to the Pentagon for military use. But roughly one-twentieth of it is available for the law enforcement and civilian markets.
That comes to 50 million rounds each week being placed on the market. Most of this is being frantically bought up by individual gun owners. Most ammo doesn’t even make it to store shelves, as full pallets are being trucked off in back lots mere minutes after they arrive at gun shops and retailers.
If these numbers are accurate — and I’m not 100% sure of their accuracy yet — this means U.S. civilians could be buying up to 2.4 billion rounds of ammo in a year’s time, outpacing even DHS ammo purchases. Even more impressively, private citizens are buying up millions of guns each month. All these hundreds of millions of rounds of ammo and millions of firearms are being hidden away until they are needed.
It doesn’t take long to realize what’s really happening here: a massive arms race is underway in America. Rest assured that gun purchasers are not buying guns just so they can turn them in. They are not buying ammo just to turn around and register it with the government. They are not buying 30-round magazines for the purpose of registering them with the criminal, traitorous lawmakers of states like Connecticut. They are buying guns and ammo in order to prepare an armed defense against a corrupt, criminal government that has abandoned the rule of law (the Constitution) and is now aggressively stripping Americans of their guaranteed fundamental rights (the Bill of Rights).
Citizens should stockpile ammo just like DHS
If it comes to a shooting war, private citizens are allies of sheriffs, veterans and many members of law enforcement, including many federal officers. Entire communities will likely band together to defend themselves against federal coercion or even UN troops attempting to overtake and occupy American cities.
Informed Americans know that stockpiling ammo is a wise activity, especially given the likely need to help arm your local sheriffs deputies who are sworn to help defend your community against tyranny. (www.OathKeepers.org) Additionally, stockpiling ammo is exactly what the government is doing, so if anybody asks why you and I are stockpiling ammo, our answer can be exactly the same as DHS: “We’re doing it to significantly lower costs by purchasing in bulk!”
Thus, the argument that individuals don’t “need” all that ammo falls flat on its face. “Need” is not a requirement in the eyes of the government. The only justification necessary is a claim to be “saving money” no matter how much ammo is being stockpiled.
The next time someone asks you why you “need” an AR-15, just reply, “I’m buying them in bulk to significantly lower costs, just like our government!” The same retort can be used to justify purchases of armored vehicles and long-range sniper rounds, too.
The left will never see the bullets coming
Shockingly, voters on the left who are terrified that individuals might stockpile ammo are mysteriously quite comfortable that DHS is doing exactly that on a much larger scale. Individuals are not to be trusted in a socialist nation, you see. Only the government can be trusted, they believe. Little do these people know that most of these DHS bullets are ultimately meant for them.
The first place DHS will set up operations will be the high-density cities, where status quo residents are surprisingly easy to be rounded up, marched to the edge of open pits, then ordered to thank their government executioners while being shot in the head with .40 caliber hollow point bullets that were “purchased in bulk to save money!” Rejoice! Mass murder has never been so affordable.
You may not think any of this could possibly happen, but then again, you probably didn’t think DHS was buying 2+ billion rounds of ammo when we first reported it. (I’m talking to newer visitors now, not long-time Natural News readers.) Like most people, you are hopelessly ignorant of reality, and you have bet your life on the lies of a criminal government that places no value whatsoever on your existence. You live in a never-ending state of denial because the zone of denial is far more comfortable than facing the truth that your own government is arming against you, amassing enough ammunition and armored assault vehicles to wage a 20-year war on the streets of America, all while gutting the Constitution and the Bill of Rights (to the cheers of the socialist left).
If you believe DHS is buying all this just for “training purposes,” you are a fool. Any organization that needs two billion rounds of ammunition to “train” is a standing army. Two billion rounds of ammunition in the hands of a corrupt, criminal government does not create “security.”
It creates an atrocity.

By the way, the government contends the Fourth-Amendment-Free Zone stretches 100 miles inland from the nation’s actual border. k) All of these supposed ‘powers’ were delegated to the government by the self-same government without asking or consulting any outside individuals, congress or the courts. They have become a law unto themselves. Civil rights groups like the American Civil Liberties Union suggest that “reasonable suspicion” should be the rule, at a minimum, despite that being a lower standard than required by the Fourth Amendment… …The DHS watchdog’s conclusion isn’t surprising, as the DHS is taking that position in litigation in which the ACLU is challenging the suspicionless, electronic-device searches and seizures along the nation’s borders. But that conclusion nevertheless is alarming considering it came from the DHS civil rights watchdog, which maintains its mission is “promoting respect for civil rights and civil liberties.” “This is a civil liberties watchdog office. If it is doing its job properly, it is supposed to objectively evaluate. It has the power to recommend safeguards to safeguard Americans’ rights,” Crump said. “The office has not done that and the public has the right to know why.” Toward that goal, the ACLU on Friday filed a Freedom of Information Act request demanding to see the full report that the executive summary discusses.” (2) COMENTARY This outrage will come as a complete surprise to many, but for those who have been quietly waiting for this outlaw government to go too far—which with this edict they clearly did. There is now an entirely new asymmetrical conflict that will begin almost immediately between the traitors that have seized the nation and the people who live here. There are so many component parts to this that it staggers the mind. But however this goes down—it will signal the abrupt end of the current-government of this place. What happened to Russia in the early 90’s will make itself felt here almost immediately: just as soon as the depth of the real international-monetary-collapse sets in. The international black-market who usually controls about 20% of the world’s commerce, will shoot upwards in prominence along with the skyrocketing prices that will come as the result of the financial-crash in April.
